eInspector

The future is here

With the Fourth Industrial, i.e. Digital Revolution, we have a chance to make up for lagging behind and catch up with more developed countries. This technological revolution will fundamentally change our lives, it is inevitable and unstoppable. Only winning societies choose to welcome changes, they do not averse from them. The digitization process will enhance the standard and quality of life for hundreds of thousands of Serbian citizens. Efficiency will be increased, costs will be reduced and new value will be created in almost all areas of life and work. The digitization process is the most important catalyst of innovations, competitiveness and growth.

The eInspector project is an information system aimed at informatizing all 41 inspection services in the Republic of Serbia.

The introduction of this information system will provide better coordination between inspections, automation of the work of inspection services and better efficiency of supervision, standardization of the work of inspections and accessibility of data to all inspections, consequently reducing the costs for the economy. The first four pilot inspections (Sanitary Inspection, Market Inspection, Labor Inspectorate and Administrative Inspectorate), employing about 700 inspectors, are using the eInspector information system as of January 1, 2019.

In cooperation with the inspections of the ministries, the activity “Analysis of business processes of inspections” was successfully carried out, and a study, “Specification of joint processes for all inspections and specific business processes of individual inspections”, was prepared.

eInspector will enable a higher level of effectiveness and efficiency of inspection control in the Republic of Serbia with the aim of achieving a higher level of regulations implementation with minimal “inspection burden” on business entities and enabling the application of modern European and global concepts and practices of inspection control.
