- Scheduling Appointments for ID and Passport
Users of the eUprava Portal can schedule an appointment to visit the police station counter to submit a request for an ID card and/or passport.
In addition to the scheduled appointment, users are also able to pay their fees electronically through the payment service.
* Appointment scheduling is available on the eGovernment Portal for those police stations that the Ministry of the Interior has determined to have available appointments for this type of scheduling via the Portal.
- Driving Licence Replacement
This service allows users of the eGovernment Portal to submit a request for a replacement of driving licence in the following cases:
- replacement of a driving licence after the expiration of a probationary driving licence or the expiration of a previously issued driving licence,
- replacement of a driving licence due to a change in the driver's personal name or place of residence, and
- issuance of a duplicate driving licence or probationary driving licence due to loss, theft or destruction.
This service allows users to choose the option of having their driving licence delivered to their residential address. The cost of delivery to the address is borne by the applicant.
To submit a request, the user must electronically sign the request, and for this, they must have the ConsentID application activated on their mobile phone and Cloud Signature or possess a Qualified Electronic Certificate.

- Health Insurance Card
It is possible to replace a Health Insurance Card (HIC) electronically via the eGovernment Portal. When filling out the application for HIC replacement, at the very end of the application, you must also pay the fee electronically.
It is possible to choose a Health Insurance Card in the language of a national minority, as well as to choose to have the card delivered to the insured person's address (the address that the insured person provided in the health insurance application).
