Registration of Residence of a Foreign Citizen

Electronic service "Registration of Residence of a Foreign Citizen" allows natural entities visited by foreign citizens to register their temporary residence at any time via the eGovernment Portal, without having to visit the counter of the Ministry of the Interior.

The applicant can register a foreign citizen either at their address of residence or at the address of the real estate they own. When registering a residence of a foreign citizen electronically, additional e-mail details of both the applicant and the foreign citizen for whom the registration is being completed need to be provided, in order to enable electronic delivery of the confirmation of registered residence. An electronic registration sent by e-mail is sufficient proof of registration, citizens no longer have to visit the MoI counters for this purpose, and foreign citizens no longer need to carry a card as proof of registration of temporary residence.
