The public consultations will be held on 22 June 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., in Hall 1, on the fourth floor of the eGovernment House, 39 Luke Ćelovića Trebinjca Street, Belgrade.
The subject of the public consultations is the draft Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP) and the draft Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), prepared in accordance with the requirements of the World Bank’s Environmental and Social Framework, in particular ESS10 relating to stakeholder engagement and information disclosure.
The purpose of the consultations is to familiarize the interested public with the planned activities of the SERVIS project, including the improvement of digital public services, the development of the Digital Identification Wallet, strengthening cybersecurity, activities related to artificial intelligence, digital inclusion, and mechanisms for receiving and addressing grievances, as well as to gather comments, suggestions, and proposals in order to improve the final versions of these documents.
Interested stakeholders may participate in the consultations in person at the above-mentioned event. The draft documents are available for review on LINK prior to the consultations, and comments and proposals may be presented orally during the event and submitted in writing to the organizer at kancelarija@ite.gov.rs.
The organizer will seek to ensure inclusive and accessible participation for all interested stakeholders, including groups that may face barriers in accessing information and participating in the consultations.
We invite representatives of institutions, civil society organizations, academia, the private sector, the media, and all other interested citizens to take part in the public consultations and contribute to the quality of the planning documents for the SERVIS project.
