Reform of the economy through the project Digitalization of 100 administrative procedures

Through the intensive attraction of foreign investors, as well as improving the efficiency and simplification of administrative procedures for business operations of the domestic economy and the business sector in Serbia, we launched the ePermit project that will replace 100 administrative procedures with ePermits. Electronic issuance of permits to businessmen will significantly simplify procedures, shorten their duration, reduce the number of steps and costs, and narrow down space for potential corruption.

In accordance with the eGovernment Strategy, the project will provide support for the introduction of ePermits for 100 administrative procedures, replacing the communication of companies with several different institutions with one “online counter”.

The selection of procedures to be digitalized will be based on the analysis of the current implementation costs and the willingness of the institutions involved in permit issuing process to exchange data in electronic form.

This project is a part of a major reform project of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for improving the business environment of ePaper. The goal of this project is to simplify and abolish certain administrative procedures and establish a unique site that will contain all the information needed for doing business in the Republic of Serbia.
