Mihailo Jovanović (Associate Professor, PhD), Director of the Office for IT and eGovernment, will be in Shanghai (People's Republic of China) on November 2-7, 2019, as one of the members of the delegation led by the Prime Minister, Ana Brnabić.

During the visit, a number of bilateral meetings with members of the Government of the People's Republic of China, as well as with representatives of ICT companies, are scheduled to take place. On the second day of the visit, Jovanović will sign a Memorandum of Understanding, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, with the Global Company Huawei for the development of artificial intelligence.
